Christian was great to work with when we bought our new Mazda cx 50. He worked later than anticipated to ensure that we knew everything we needed to know about our new car. He helped us figure out and set all of our setting preferences. It was a quick process. We were not there for hours like our previous experience with other dealers. Just purchased my Mazda3 from here and it was the easiest and quickest car buying experience I have ever had! Rachel in sales was extremely informative and easy to talk to. She made you feel like her friend, not her customer while still maintaining a professional demeanor. She bounced between helping myself and her other customers with ease. Shawn in finance was very helpful and went above and beyond making the experience easy and stress free. I definitely recommend this location, everyone was great!
Zoom zoom!! Anyone say Turbo? Oh yes I did! But first, Ian & manager Chris helped me purchase my new ride. It all started so innocently.. I wanted to check out the new '21 or that sweet lil blue '18 model. Ian was extremely knowledgeable about the Mazda brand and the features of the M6 that I am interested in. He let me test drive the 2 prime candidates to compare... And it worked out in a win-win. I liked the car enough to discuss purchase and he found a sell after very little bit of fun banter. Car buying us not fun for me.. too much stigma around of dealing with salesman and leaving with buyers remorse. NOT this time my friends. Fair price and excellent service. Thank you Ian and Chris... I have purchased a mazda cx5 on 08/28/2021. I am from Seattle and have toured many mazda dealers around before the purchase. The one thing that differentiates renton mazda dealership is their warmth and attention to detail. I would especially like to thank Kaitlyn our sales agent who has been so supportive and welcoming during the whole car purchase process and a special mention to Chris her manager who made a good deal as promised.
